At the time, only 20% of the population was educated, although some will say it was a colonial education. I would say yes, but she was able to allow these individuals to proudly represent us at all levels, as a people. Especially since it is easier for an educated person to become aware of his errors and biased references, than for an illiterate person to understand his environment and perform in today&#039;s educated world, even if the latter has goodwill and is not corrupted by the so-called colonial education. The goal that we missed in the past was to increase this 20% constantly to reach 30, 40, 50, 60%. The goal we have reached today is to produce 60% of literate people, but not educated. We threw the baby out with the bathwater. This is not very smart in my opinion.
